This session was extra special for me, as Evelyn’s mama and I were buds back in our high school days! I hadn’t seen her since college, and it was so fun to watch her now as she is absolutely rocking motherhood.

There were furry siblings involved in this session as well, and you know how I feel about puppies and babies together in the same photo! Riley pretended he wanted nothing to do with the baby…but I caught him sneaking some kisses when no one was watching. 😉

I have a feeling this little peanut is well-loved (and is pretty much guaranteed to be beautiful, might I add)!

I always try to grab a front porch pic, weather permitting! I think it’s so fun to be able to show our kids photos of exactly what life looked like when they were born–including the house they were brought home to.

I will never get tired of in-home newborn sessions. They always feel so laidback, natural, and genuine. And no two sessions are ever the same!
